Reservation Policy

1. Individual reservations (1–8 guests) can be made via the reservation form on our website, KalbasRestaurant.com or by phone at +48 881 681 171.

2. The reservation time is 120 minutes. Reservations are confirmed during the restaurant’s opening hours. If confirmation takes longer, we kindly ask for your patience.

3. For group reservations of more than 8 guests, please contact us by email at restauracjakalbas@gmail.com.

4. We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the booked time. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time.
If you expect to be late, please inform us by phone at +48 881 681 171. Please note that the reservation time cannot be extended due to late arrival.

5. Cancellations or changes regarding the reservation date, time, or number of guests can be made by phone at +48 881 681 171.

6. For reservations of 5 guests or more, a 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill.

7. To organize a private or special event, please contact us by email at least 14 days in advance.
